These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our individual vocal coaching services. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

We provide professional individual vocal coaching services designed to improve vocal technique, performance skills, and musical interpretation. Our services include personalized lesson plans, vocal exercises, performance coaching, and educational guidance tailored to each student's specific needs and goals.

As a client, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled lessons punctually and prepared
• Practice regularly between sessions as recommended
• Provide accurate health information that may affect vocal training
• Treat all equipment and materials with respect
• Maintain professional conduct during all interactions
• Provide adequate notice for lesson cancellations or rescheduling
• Pay all fees promptly according to agreed terms
• Follow safety guidelines and vocal health recommendations

Our services are subject to the following limitations:

• Results may vary based on individual effort, natural ability, and consistency
• We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or career advancement
• Services are educational in nature and do not constitute medical treatment
• Lesson availability is subject to instructor schedule and capacity
• Technical difficulties may occasionally affect online lessons
• Refunds are provided only under specific circumstances outlined in our policy

All teaching materials, methodologies, exercises, arrangements, and educational content developed and provided during lessons remain the intellectual property of the instructor. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use these materials without explicit written permission. Any recordings of lessons are for personal study purposes only and may not be shared or distributed.

Payment is required according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may result in suspension of services. Cancellations must be made within the specified timeframe to avoid charges. Package deals and promotional rates are non-transferable and subject to expiration dates. All fees are non-refundable except in cases of instructor unavailability or service cancellation by our organization.

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for:

• Vocal strain or injury resulting from improper technique or overuse
• Career outcomes or professional opportunities
• Technical issues with third-party platforms or equipment
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of income or opportunities

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services in the preceding three months.

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal information and lesson content. Student progress, personal discussions, and performance materials are kept private unless explicit consent is provided for promotional or educational purposes. We comply with applicable privacy laws and data protection regulations.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The prevailing party may be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs.

Either party may terminate the service relationship with appropriate notice. Immediate termination may occur in cases of breach of terms, inappropriate behavior, or non-payment. Upon termination, all rights and obligations cease except those that by their nature should survive termination.

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
